General cancellation & payment conditions
Cancellation conditions:
Our prices can be cancelled or changed free of charge for direct bookings up to 48 hours before arrival.
After this time, 100% of the total amount is due, as well as in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.
Terms of payment:
The credit card provided will be charged AUTOMATICALLY 48 hours before arrival with the total amount (overnight stays).The following rates and seasons are excluded from the above regulation:

Cancellation conditions:
- – Bis zum 31.03.2026 kostenfreie Stornierung möglich
- - Cancellation free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival with retention of the 20% deposit mentioned below.
- - From 4 weeks before arrival, the total booking amount (100%) minus the deposit will be charged to your credit card and will not be refunded.
